It’s no secret. The end of December is upon us along with the winter drag. Football is on the downward, while the winter/spring sports are getting ready to gear up (no pun intended). Sports that we typically print for this time around of year include, but not limited to are basketball, soccer, and baseball. Regardless of what you need, we have the upper hand when it pertains to customer service, availability, and expertise that accompanies custom screen printing.
Many organizations provide our company with jersey’s they plan to have printed; however, it is not uncommon for a customer to request shirts, especially if they are for practices or scrimmages that can be used over and over again. We typically recommend a DryFit product or a performance shirt from Gildan; both are fantastic options that have an incredible shelf life.
Many customers often inquire about the different techniques that we use for names and numbers on jerseys. In most cases, we often encourage our customers to have school or church logos screen printed and for names and numbers we often heat press vinyl lettering on the backs. There are many common misconception regarding vinyl; most individuals regard vinyl as cheap or lack the proper sturdiness needed to hold up after multiple washes. Just the opposite in fact! While this is true of something you might find in your local discount store, which is ironed on and then eventually washes away, TakeHold uses a higher quality vinyl that is heat pressed at over 300 degrees. This approach is used primarily with jerseys because they, in most cases, contain small holes within the fabric.
Regardless of the request or the need, we are you one-stop-shop for exceptional service and quality printing. We will do whatever we can to bring your ideas to life 🙂
