One of the top t-shirt types is 100% cotton. Cotton tees are something that most people have heard of, but may not understand the different ways cotton in processed. 100% cotton tees may be more boxy and rough, if they aren’t ring-spun. Ring spun and heirloom cotton makes a t-shirt really soft and comfortable. Some common brands that sell the ring spun and heirloom cotton is Bella Canvas and Next Level t-shirt brands. These brands offer premium cotton tees, that will make you want to stay in your t-shirt all day long. The typical 100% cotton Gildan tee, isn’t processed the same way, and it is a bit more boxy and less soft. Either way, cotton tees are always a good, trustworthy option. They also make for an easier screen printing process.

Another top t-shirt type is a 100% polyester tee. Polyester tees are made with a synthetic fabric, and it makes for a lot more breathable tee. These tees are known as the dri-fit tees that dry quickly. They are known for drying sweat or water quickly. This is common for athletes and jerseys, because of their drying abilities. Polyester tees are very soft and comfortable to wear.

The last of the most common t-shirt type are blended tees. Blended tees are t-shirts that are two or more t-shirt types in the same t-shirt. Some common blends is a 50/50 blend, which is a cotton and polyester blend. A Tri-blend is another t-shirt style, which is a very premium t-shirt.
