How many pieces do I need?
Screen printing is best for 25 or more pieces. DTG and DTF are ideal for smaller full-color orders, and embroidery can start with just one item.
How fast can my order be ready?
Most orders are ready in about 5–10 business days after the details and artwork are approved. Rush service may be available when timing is tight.
Can you help with my design?
Yes. Our creative team can help prepare an existing design or work with you to build the right artwork for your project.
Can I use one design on different products?
Absolutely. Send the quote that is closest to your project and tell us what you want to mix. We will help organize the garment and decoration options.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Local pickup is available at our Hendersonville shop, just northeast of Nashville. We will let you know as soon as everything is ready.
Is the calculator price final?
It is a helpful starting estimate based on the options you choose. Our team will confirm garment availability, artwork needs, specialty services, shipping and applicable taxes before your order is approved.
What artwork files should I send?
Vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG or print-ready PDF are ideal. A high-resolution PNG can also work. If you are unsure, send what you have and our creative team will review it.
Can I mix garment sizes and colors?
Usually, yes. You can mix sizes, and many projects can include multiple garment colors or styles. Send the closest calculator setup and tell us what you want to combine so we can confirm pricing and availability.
